Nikki Howard
LPCC
Nikki brings a calm, welcoming presence to the therapy space, offering clients a sense of peace, warmth, and gentle encouragement. With a personality that balances both creativity and groundedness, she invites clients into a space where they can be fully seen, fully heard, and fully accepted.
Nikki enjoys working with adult clients ages 18–65 who are navigating anxiety, depression, stress, relationship issues, life transitions, and childhood trauma. She has a heart for supporting those exploring faith-based concerns, codependency, and self-esteem, and she offers compassionate insight for moms of children with special needs and individuals connected to military life.
She has completed CBT mastery training in the treatment of anxiety, depression, and OCD. Nikki’s work is deeply influenced by her belief in mercy and unconditional acceptance, especially when clients share stories they’ve never spoken aloud before. Her years of experience working with military personnel, as well as her personal journey parenting a child with special needs, uniquely equip her to walk alongside others in both their grief and their joy.
Outside of the office, Nikki enjoys making sourdough, arranging flowers, researching gardening techniques, and spending time outdoors with her husband and two kids. She also loves live music, wholesome documentaries, and never says no to good Mexican food and a good laugh.
Take the next step toward healing.
