Makaila Click serves as the Billing Manager at ACE Psychological, where her creative mindset, strong work ethic, and confident leadership help ensure every client’s experience is smooth and stress-free. With over five years of experience in the medical and billing field, Makaila brings a high level of expertise in medical billing and coding, insurance regulations, and account management. She joined the ACE team in April 2025 and quickly became essential to day-to-day operations.

Makaila is known for her honesty, accountability, and excellent communication skills. She thrives in problem-solving, especially in complex billing situations, and leads with a desire to motivate and support those around her. Her attention to detail and compassionate approach make her a trusted point of contact for clients navigating the financial side of their care.

Her responsibilities include overseeing client accounts, ensuring billing processes run smoothly, resolving questions or discrepancies, and keeping records accurate and up to date. She is committed to responding to inquiries as quickly as possible, helping each client feel supported and informed so they can focus on their healing journey with peace of mind.

Makaila is certified in Medical Billing and also trained as a Medical Assistant, giving her a well-rounded understanding of the medical field. Her diverse background enables her to approach each situation with care and confidence.

Outside of work, Makaila enjoys traveling, shopping, and spending time with her kids, family, and friends. She finds joy in exploring new places and creating meaningful experiences with loved ones.
