Lauda works with adults, offering specialized training in Gottman Marriage Therapy Levels 1 and 2, including trauma and affairs, as well as EMDR for trauma recovery. Her therapeutic style emphasizes resilience, and she is known for her unwavering dedication to each client’s healing journey. Lauda believes that every individual and relationship holds potential for growth, and she doesn’t give up—no matter how complex the challenge.
