JENARA “DANIELLE” GRADY

MA, LPCC

Danielle Grady is an open-minded, compassionate, and creative therapist who brings empathy and self-awareness to every interaction. Known for her ability to connect deeply with others, Danielle creates a non-judgmental space where clients feel safe to explore their challenges and heal. With a natural talent for understanding and interpreting the feelings and motivations of others, she offers invaluable support and builds meaningful relationships. As an INFJ-A Advocate, Danielle values authenticity, imagination, and collaboration, seeking to nurture positive growth in those she serves.

Danielle’s areas of expertise include trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, identity issues, PTSD, bipolar disorder, cancer support, and relationship challenges. She is also passionate about multicultural and LGBTQIA+ competence, group therapy, and patient advocacy. Certified in EMDR and trained in Prepare/Enrich, Trauma-Informed Care, and IFS, Danielle offers therapeutic support to individuals across all ages—from young children to adults 65 and older. As the founder and leader of Kindred Spirits Breast Cancer Support Group, established in 2018, Danielle offers vital care to breast cancer patients and their families, empowering them through education and peer connection.

Her journey to becoming a therapist is both personal and inspiring. Danielle began her own healing process as a therapy client during her first year of college. Having experienced trauma in childhood and becoming a mother at 16, she knows firsthand what it feels like to be vulnerable and share deeply personal emotions. With the help of a loving support system, Danielle raised her son, and her experience shaped her passion for counseling. In 2017, after a routine mammogram led to a breast cancer diagnosis, Danielle decided to leave her corporate career of 17 years to pursue her dream of becoming a therapist. She earned her Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, graduating Summa Cum Laude from Ashland Theological Seminary, and now lives out her calling to help others heal.

“I’ve had a deep desire to become a therapist since the first day I sat in my own counseling session. Counseling is not just a job or income for me—it’s my heart’s passion, my reason for being. Some of my favorite people call me Therapist.”

Danielle enjoys traveling, attending concerts, and discovering new coffee shops. She also loves reading, cooking, baking, learning to crochet, and spending time caring for her plants and flowers. A devoted wife, mother, and Nana, Danielle treasures time with her husband of 25 years, their three children, daughter-in-law, grandchildren, and two dogs.

At ACE Psychological, Danielle brings all of these life experiences to her work, guiding clients toward healing and wholeness. Her therapeutic approach reflects her belief that true healing comes from addressing the whole person—mind, body, relationships, and spirit. Danielle believes that life’s experiences, both joyful and painful, shape who we are, and with the right support, every person can find growth and transformation.

Take the next step toward healing.
