Courtney has an in-depth knowledge of coding and billing regulations, as well as the complexities of the insurance and medical billing industry. She oversees clients’ accounts with a high level of accuracy, ensuring balances are collected and billing processes run smoothly.

Originally from Arizona, Courtney moved to Ohio after meeting her husband of over 20 years. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, exploring new cities, and spending time in nature. As she handles a high volume of calls and inquiries, Courtney is committed to responding as quickly as possible.
