Brenda Jones
MA, LPC, LICDC, Licensed Minister
Brenda is a compassionate clinician who creates a safe, collaborative space where clients are valued as whole individuals. Using a holistic approach that integrates mind, body, and spirit, she helps clients understand how trauma, family patterns, and past experiences may affect present challenges.
She works with adolescents ages 15-18, adults, and older adults experiencing complex trauma, grief, identity-related concerns, major life transitions, and substance use. Brenda is trained in CBT, CBT for Psychosis, DBT, person-centered therapy, EFT, mindfulness, somatic techniques, and spirituality-based psychotherapy. She is also a Certified SYMBIS Assessment Facilitator and has specialized training in crisis intervention, suicide assessment, LGBTQ+ affirming care, religious trauma, spiritual abuse, and family substance-use concerns. She is pursuing EMDR certification, anticipated in early 2027, and has been a Licensed Minister since 2014.
Brenda respects each client’s cultural and spiritual values while supporting meaningful, sustainable growth. Outside of work, she enjoys family time, reading, creative activities, long drives, and walking in nature.
